Charles Malcomb was recently quoted and mentioned in a Grand Island Dispatch article titled, “Grand Island: Zoning Revisions Proposed to Limit Warehouse Size.” The article addressed residents' ongoing concerns over the development of large-scale warehouses in their community and the Town Council's decision to temporarily limit the size of such projects until a public hearing can be held.
